Wonderful host, place and location

The host was kind and responsive. The place itself is amazing and I couldn’t have been happier with the amenities and location. It was stocked, safe, and walking distance to Balboa Park and great restaurants. Christopher (host) was informative and professional. This place is a gem.

Fabulous Stay!

Host was helpful and efficient in all ways! The duplex was very clean and nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed. Lots of towels, pillows and a fully equipped kitchen. Location was walking distance to Balboa Park and lots of restaurants. Also short drive to alot of attractions. The plus for us was the fenced backyard and grill! We will be back!

Comfortable and Cool

We stayed for the month of July — had to get out of the Phoenix heat. Wonderful! Used AC sometimes; often, we just enjoyed the cross breeze in living room and kitchen. The fenced backyard was perfect for our little pooch. When the kids and grandkids visited we put air mattresses in the living room and still didn’t feel cramped.

The neighborhood is convenient. Walkable to several great restaurants: Jimmy Carter’s Mexican, Sisters Pizza, and Hash House a Go Go, to name a few. All had dog friendly patios. Super close to Balboa Park for zoo, museums, and playgrounds. Also a huge dog park..

We had some minor issues come up during our stay, but Christopher was quick to respond and always helpful. We’d definitely do it again.

San Diego at it’s best

Working with Christopher was great.The unit was just as advertised. Quiet and just close enough to the park to have our morning walk. Located perfectly to be within minutes to Coronado or La Jolla,. Plenty of eating options within walking distance of the unit. We will definitely book again

Even Better Than Expected

Loved it! We had a family event in San Diego and my husband and I stayed here as well as my son and his fiancé. The place could not have been more perfect. We each had our own bedroom and bath for privacy, but plenty of room in the living and dining rooms to enjoy each other's company. The place was classy, clean, and in a perfect location to get around San Diego no matter what direction you're headed. We'll be back!

It felt like home

Great property! Everything as advertised and more.!! Super clean and very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beds and couches were very comfortable and the little secluded backyard was a plus! Great location with lots of neighborhood places to eat and balboa park and the zoo just a short walkway. Christopher was very helpful and quick responding to any questions. It immediately felt like home!!

Absolutely loved our stay!

This has been one of the best short term stays I have had! The check in process was smooth and the property manager actually met us in person to give us a tour. The house was spotless and stocked with everything necessary. The property manager even let us check in early which was super nice. The place is super well located...close to Balboa park and to the gas lamp district, but also quiet. Parking was easy as well! In addition, the house has an adorable side yard with a nice green space and beautiful birds of paradise! Absolutely loved our stay.
